It causes periodic vibration and noise of the mill, and the current fluctuates greatly. Due to the large vibration, the connecting bolt is broken for a long time, the heat of the cylinder is high, and the ambient temperature is high. For the influence of the change of the center distance of the large and small gears, we have re-adjusted the tooth backlash and the tooth top clearance of the mill, and considered that the cylinder is bent due to the heat of the cylinder and the gravity of the material, leaving enough The tip clearance and the flank clearance are accommodated.
The wear of the pinion is mainly caused by the vibration of the top gear of the large and small gears, and has a great relationship with the quality of the lubricating oil. We have strengthened the sealing of the large gear cover to reduce the dust as much as possible, and at the same time replace the N220 lubricating oil with the N320.
In view of the high temperature of the cylinder, in addition to the small flow of cooling water and the small capacity of the circulating pool, it is found that the material in the grinding material is obviously too small by listening to the sound and checking the height of the material in the grinding mill, and the grinding body and the lining plate also generate a lot of heat. By increasing the capacity of the circulating pool, increasing the circulating water flow, increasing the internal ventilation and increasing the grinding material, not only increased the output, but also reduced the temperature of the cylinder, thereby reducing the temperature of the tile by 10 ° C, avoiding the Invar temperature.
